The reason this company is based in Vanuatu is due to the financial requirements imposed by the Vanuatu Government for our business type. Although the requirements are extremely strict, the Vanuatu Financial Services Act is inline with our business model and business activities. The other main reason is based on the taxation requirements of an International Limited Liability company (LTD) in Vanuatu is 0% taxation on capital gains or company annual profits.
